Refund and Returns Policy

Each item is cleansed, energized, and prepared specifically for you; however, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in case of damage, defect, or incorrect product received.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all certificates, invoices, and tags intact.

Requests for returns must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

Products that have been customized, engraved, or energized for an individual are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized spiritual nature.

Non-Returnable Items

For ethical, hygienic, and astrological reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once sold:

Gemstones that have been energized or worn.

Rudraksha, yantras, and other puja or spiritual items.

Personalized horoscope or astrological consultation reports.

Items purchased during clearance sales or special discount offers.

Return Process

Provide order number, product details, and a photo or video showing the issue.

Once verified, our team will approve your return and share the pickup or return address details.

The product must be securely packed and shipped back in its original form.

Refund Procedure

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping, handling, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

If the product is found tampered or used, the refund request will be rejected.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product type in case of size, damage, or defect issues.

Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an item is energized or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
