We currently deliver orders across India through reliable and trusted courier partners.

For international deliveries, shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs, and courier availability.

If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or energized items may take additional 3–5 days for Vedic rituals, testing, and preparation before dispatch.

You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 5–9 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Delivered within 10–21 business days, depending on customs and courier handling.

Delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control but we will assist you with updates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within India is free for all orders above ₹999.

A nominal fee may apply for smaller orders or remote locations.

For international shipping, charges are calculated based on weight, location, and courier tariffs, displayed at checkout before payment.

Packaging and Safety

Every gemstone and spiritual product is carefully checked, energized, and securely packed using tamper-proof materials.

Fragile or high-value items are double-packed to ensure safe transit.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept delivery and contact our support team immediately.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking ID and courier details will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number.

You can track your shipment status directly through our website or the courier’s tracking page.

Delays and Undelivered Packages

In rare cases of delay, please contact our support team with your order ID for assistance.

If delivery is not completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

International Customs and Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees shall be borne by the customer.
